How can I make sure that my property does not get damaged or destroyed?

We work with a client of professionals only, we verify their government ID, as well as speak to other hosts who have hosted them, therefore ensuring that we are working with professionals only

We will ensure that your property does not get damaged or destroyed because we have strict rules in place to prevent this, as well as we install security cameras and monitors to make sure that the property does not get destroyed or damaged.

What about parties or events?

Our properties are not to be used for parties or events. We closely monitor our security cameras and if there is any suggestion that there may be extra guests on the property, then we will call the guests immediately and if needed come by the property to handle the situation.

How will you handle noise complaints?

We keep noise levels to a minimum using noise detection monitoring software. We also enforce a strict quiet hours policy between 10 PM - 8 AM
 

As we have very strict rules regarding loud noise, and strictly enforce our late-night quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM we can avoid any noise complaints from neighbors. If there is any issue, we have staff located close by that will come and address the situation.

How will you ensure that we get paid on time?

First, we will have a lease agreement stating the terms and conditions stating the terms and the lease. We will also set up Autopay for this property so that you will receive the payment automatically days before our due date.

Pets Policy?

Our properties do not allow pets on the premises. We will also monitor our security cameras upon guest's arrival and will make sure that there are no pets on the property

What about if someone smokes on the property?

We have a very strict NO SMOKING policy that is strongly enforced. We charge a hefty fee of $1000 for any smoke smell or cigarette butts left behind, as to deter guests from smoking inside the property

What kind of clientele are you focused on bringing?

Our clients are working professionals who are traveling to the area for conferences, corporate training, or networking events. We house traveling nurses, medical professionals, educators, tech and digital nomads, etc.

Extra guests on property?

Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. No other guests are allowed onsite.

Extra guests are not allowed. All tenants are accounted for and we make sure that the property is not being used in any other way than for corporate housing purposes, with the legally responsible guests.
